OCR: PART IV, CHAPTER 2: PERSPECTIVE If you're sick of painting everything in a plain front view, you'll have to know certain things about how to transform 3-dimensional objects into a 2-dimensional drawing. There are some easy ways how to do so: +x++ +x++ +x++ for simplest purposes only ! Cool dudes won't use the 1st example so let's stick to the 2nd one, Here I already introduced a vanishing point, where all the z-direction lines [ the red/grey ones) run to. For the sake of simplicity I constructed the box as "non-filled vectors". For a good example for such a vanishing point, visit the next railroad and stare to the horizon: the railway seems to become one line, not two. Be careful not to be hit by trains, they're said to use these iron paths for travelling. But also this perspective-method prevents you from drawing objects NOT in front view. So we'll use TWO vanishing points. And before we'll do so, you'll have to take your mouse and smash it into the walls of your room. Hint: It's easier to simply push down the right button.
